Teaching

One of the missions of Division of Adult Audiology within the Department of Otolaryngology is to promote and implement teaching opportunities for the faculty and staff.

Examples of teaching opportunities include:

1. Presenting at the Department of Otolaryngology weekly Grand Rounds.

2. Presenting at the Department of Otolaryngology Otology weekly Grand Rounds

3. Presenting at the Department of Otolaryngology monthly Brown Bag Seminars.

4. Presenting at the Department of Otolaryngology monthly Audiology Grand Rounds.

5. Guest lecture on a variety of topics in the graduate AuD Program in Audiology and Communication Sciences (PACS) at Washington University School of Medicine.

6. Serve as a mentor on a wide variety of research topics for Capstone Projects for students from PACS at Washington University School of Medicine and other AuD programs around the country.

7. Supervise interns from the graduate AuD Program in Audiology and Communication Sciences (PACS) at Washington University School of Medicine at our Center for Advanced Medicine (CAM), Central Institute for the Deaf (CID) and West County (WC) offices.

8. Supervise Fourth Year Externships from AuD graduate programs from around the country.
